I. GENERAL TERMS.

*** • Request the commission with a nice tone and in clear English.• Providing neat references is highly recommended but text descriptions are allowed (upcharge possible)• I am allowed to refuse service for any reason.***

II. PAYMENT.

*** • All commissions must be paid as requested.• The currency accepted is $USD.• Payment should be sent through PayPal or Zelle before production is started unless stated otherwise.***

III. PROCESS.

*** • Sketches will always be given after full or half payment.• Wait time for your commission can be up to 1 month depending on certain factors.• If any issue occurs you will be notified of this information.***

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

*** • Satisfaction is guaranteed. However, only small changes are allowed to be made after you are satisfied with the sketch• Any big changes will come with an extra charge depending on difficulty.• Make sure to be clear in what you are wanting before I begin working.***

V. COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY.

*** • I hold every right to the art. This means I’m allowed to use the art to promote myself within any place and display or post it wherever• The following is Copyright infringement: Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially, taking Credit for the artwork ,removing any watermarks/signatures, altering the artwork without my consent.***

VI. CANCELLING/REFUND POLICY.

*** • I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.• You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me after the sketch has been shown to you or after the art has been finished.• If payment has not been sent yet, you have the right to cancel the commission***
